The cost of silicone implants versus saline implants can raise the cost of breast implant surgery by as much as a thousand dollars. With the economy as it is there is an increasing amount of competition amongst plastic surgeons causing prices to decline somewhat. It is not uncommon today to see monthly specials, coupons, and package deals available from your plastic surgeon. If you are in the early stages of researching this popular procedure you will want to learn as much as you can through research on the internet prior to your consultation with a breast implant surgeon.
